Meet Rita

Trained by GIA gemologists, for over a decade, Rita traveled the world working alongside esteemed retail jewellers and manufacturers across the globe, delving into every facet of the jewelry-making process. She loved the action behind-the-scenes, but nothing felt more rewarding than guiding clients through the intricate world of jewels.

Driven by her genuine passion, she devoted the bulk of her time to helping private clients build the pieces of their dreams and making their unique visions come to life.

Throughout her career, Rita found that the industry was going through a significant transition - Fine jewellery that was heavy, durable, crafted by artisans and made to last a lifetime had become a thing of the past. Luckily, she was fortunate enough to have worked directly with some of the world's most renowned and talented manufacturers in the world's largest jewellery and diamond hubs.

Rita made it her goal to make exceptionally high quality non-commercial jewellery attainable. Given that she has built long standing relationships with key players in the global jewellery industry, she is able to provide direct access to high quality craftsmanship and wholesale goods without any of the intermediaries or costs associated with traditional retail outlets.

Because they just don’t make jewels like they used to, Rita has an affinity for well-crafted vintage & antique pieces that exude the quality and craftsmanship that she longs to see more of today. These jewels are often found around the world thus Rita has dedicated a big part of Rita and Margo to sourcing fine vintage & antique jewels.
