Crafting dreams into precious gems

Initial consultation

Let’s get on the same page. We want to make sure that we perfectly understand your vision, loves and priorities and want to shed light on your uncertainties. As the first step in our custom process, this is where we will ask you to provide us with as much detail as possible such as inspiration pictures, likes and dislikes, etc.

Finding your stone(s)

Our goal is to make your dream piece come true. Where most jewellers have a limited inventory on hand for you to chose from, we actually choose to have no inventory. This allows us to prioritize your preferences over anything else without needing to compromise. Once your vision is clear, we will look through stones from around the world to find exactly what you need for your piece.

Rendering

Once the stones and details are confirmed, we will construct the 3D image of your piece. This is where your piece will first come to life via a virtual rendering. This will be your opportunity to make any changes until it’s just right.

Manufacturing

Where the magic really happens! This normally takes 3-6 weeks (can be longer for very complex pieces). An experienced jeweller will be making every part of your piece by hand, crafting beautiful objects from mother nature's most prized materials. We do not use the automated full casted techniques standard in commercial production.

Shipping

Once complete, we will acquire an independent appraisal for your piece prior to shipping. This is in addition to your diamond's grading report, if applicable.

The Difference

Craftsmanship - Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of working with some of the best jewellers/manufacturers in the world who make for the red carpet, celebrities and high jewellery houses. These hands accustomed to making exquisite high-end pieces will be the only hands that will bring your vision to life.

Every piece is custom made using the most precious materials, the most advanced techniques and the most luxurious finishes. Unlike 90% of the jewellers in the industry we strictly do not work with any pre-made elements that are altered to fit you or your stones. Every bespoke piece is made by hand and built entirely in-house. We do not participate in the automated commercialized process of making jewellery. We exclusively manufacture in 18kt or platinum.

Our diamonds - We source what the project requires and work with modern, vintage and antique diamonds of all kinds. When making any pieces with modern round diamonds, as an homage to excellence, we exclusively use Hearts & Arrows round diamonds (also referred to as ideal cut) in our pieces. Due to their precise cutting, Hearts & Arrows diamonds perform at the highest level possible for a round diamond, surpassing even the standard “Excellent” cut. Irrelevant of size or quantity, if there is a round diamond on your piece it will exhibit the highest level of light refraction out of any diamond on the market.
