Frequently Asked Questions

Product

Do you take trade-ins?

We absolutely do! Please send us an email with all the details.

What metals do you manufacture in?

We manufacture our pieces in 18kt gold and platinum.

Are your stones GIA certified?

99% of diamonds that we source for our clients are GIA certified. Not every diamond in the world is GIA certified, but any diamond can be. So if your perfect diamond happens to not be certified we can send it to GIA for a Grading Report.

How often do you do these amazing sourcing trips that I have seen on Instagram?

We strive to do them a minimum of 2-3 times per year!

Can you resize my ring for me?

Unfortunately, we do not work on pieces made by other jewellers.

Do you set outside stones / Can you reset my ring?

We don't have a blanket policy regarding setting stones provided by clients, it is really on a case by case basis. Please send us an email with the details and we'll get back to you once we have a little more information.

What is the difference between antique and vintage?

Antique means over 100yrs old. Vintage normally means at least 20yrs old.

Is there a minimum for custom rings?

No, at the moment there is no required minimum for custom pieces, but we will likely be implementing a minimum in the near future.

Do you have in stock pieces that are ready for purchase?

All of our jewels are made to order, therefore we don't have stock designs ready for purchase. The only finished pieces that we carry are antique and vintage pieces.

Can I come in to look at some diamonds in person?

We don't have a showroom or inventory for you to browse through as we source all of our stones on a per order basis. All of our pieces are custom made. We find that sourcing upon request is the best way to find the perfect stone for our clients. We love to be able to scour the globe for your perfect stone instead of presenting you a few in-stock diamonds to chose from.

Do you also source lab diamonds?

Yes. We can source both natural and lab grown diamonds.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept wire transfers, all major credit cards (+3.9%), Zelle (USA) and E-transfers (Canada).

How long does it take to finish a piece?

This depends on the complexity of the design, but once your stone(s) are selected and your computer aided design (CAD) is confirmed, production time is normally between three to six weeks.

Shipping & Return Policy

Do you offer layaway?

Yes. For layaway purchases we require a 50% non-refundable deposit within three days of invoicing. This deposit takes your piece off the market and makes it yours. You have six months to pay the invoice in full. You can do so on your own schedule and there are no monthly minimum payments. Your piece will be shipped to you only once the invoice is paid in full. Your deposit cannot be transfered towards another piece. If the invoice is not settled after 6 month, the piece will be released from hold and available to other buyers. There is no additional cost in using our layaway service.

Where are your pieces made?

Our custom pieces are all handmade in Canada and the United States.

What is your return policy?

All pieces are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect or unless they are deemed to have been misrepresented.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide!
